Pritha Mehra bought a three-bed, 1.5-bath home at 718 Quincy St. N.W. in Park View from Mesfin H. Muraga for $407,000 on Jan. 19.The property was previously acquired for $375,000 in April 2005. The 1,200-square-foot house was built in 1910.
Mehra is vice president of mail entry and payment technology at the United States Postal Service(USPS). Prior to that, she was vice president of business mail entry and payment technologies at USPS.
She earned her B.S. in computer science at the University of Maryland and received her M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 120 home sales in Park View during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $305,000.
