Ryan Seacrest American Idol host Ryan Seacrest overtook former Idol host Simon Cowell as The Most Powerful Man In Reality TV.

According to the Hollywood Reporter’s fourth annual Reality Power List, Ryan Seacrest sits on top.

Ryan's company roster includes a bevy of reality shows including The Kardashians franchise and Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.

“Ryan absolutely has his finger on the pulse because he’s talking to America every day through his radio show,” said Idol creator Simon Fuller. “He knows what people are thinking about, and as a producer that really gives him a leg up.

“He’s the unsung hero of American Idol. Ryan is one person I would not want to lose.”

Looks like Ryan Seacrest will be cooking up more Kardashians shows in the near future.
