Liberal National Party leader Campbell Newman is heading to Queensland's north and northwest on what he's calling a listening tour.The former Brisbane lord mayor, who will lead the LNP to the next state election, says the four day tour is about listening to regional Queenslanders.
From Thursday, Mr. Newman will visit Cairns, Ingham, Mt Isa, Cloncurry, Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton before returning to Brisbane on Sunday.
